Shipping and Handling

Our Shipping Methods:

We provide free standard shipping for all of our items. Delivery time for standard shipping to the Continental US is 2-4 business days from when the order is shipped. We offer free expedited shipping on all orders over $50. You may pay an additional $4.99 for orders under $50 for expedited shipping. Delivery time for expedited shipping to the Continental US is 1-3 business days from when the item is shipped out. Delivery times to military addresses, US Protectorates and Hawaii/Alaska will take longer.

Dispatch Times and Processing

All orders are shipped out within one business day. If an order is made before 11:00 AM PST on a business day, then it will be shipped out on that same day. Any orders made after this time will be shipped from us the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped out first thing Monday morning. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Walnut, California and delivery times will vary depending on your proximity to us.

Return Shipping Policies

In the event of a return, a full refund minus any costs paid for shipping will be refunded to you. If your order was placed with free shipping, a full refund will be issued for your return. If you are returning an order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and you may use any shipping carrier to ship the returning items back to us. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking number available for proof of shipping.
