Q: Where are you located and where do you ship from?

A: We are located in Walnut, CA and all orders placed from our website are shipped directly from our warehouse in Walnut, CA.

 

Q: How fast do you ship?

A: Our shipping cutoff time is 11AM PST. All orders placed before 11AM PST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. The tracking number for your order will be emailed directly to you as soon as your order ships.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Customer inquiries are our priority and we respond promptly during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST) and first thing the next day if you messaged us after hours or during the weekend. For orders placed on Amazon or Ebay, please send us a message through the marketplace where the order was placed, as we are not allowed to respond to Amazon and Ebay orders outside of those marketplaces.
