Our Return Policy

Keebon International is dedicated to selling our customers quality products but understand that sometimes expectations are not met or if an item does not fit as needed. So we made our best effort to make our return process simple and straightforward. Our returns period is 30 days from when an order was received to return it back to us for a refund. For returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping the returning items back to us through a shipping carrier of their choice and we also recommend using a shipping service with tracking number available for proof of shipping. Any shipping paid for expedited shipping is non refundable. We offer free standard shipping on all of our items and free expedited shipping on orders over $50. 

 

For Face Masks and Face Mask Filters, we are not accepting returns and all sales are final.

 

How Do I Return an Item?

Before you send a return back to us, please contact us using the Contact Us page for approval. Once you have an RMA, you may ship the items back to us following the return instructions to our address and we will process your refund as soon as we receive it back to us.

 

What if I only want to exchange an item for another one?

All returns are processed as a refund and for an exchange for another item or size/color, you will need to place a new order for the item you want to exchange for. This ensures that we have the item you need in stock.

 

I received a damaged/defective item. What do I need to do?

If your item arrived damaged/defective on arrival, please use our Contact Us page to send us a message with your order number and the details of the problem with the item and we will make sure to get the issue resolved for you ASAP. Customer satisfaction is our priority. You will not need to pay return shipping to return a damaged/defective item back to us.

 

I placed my order on Amazon or Ebay, how can I return my order?

For orders placed on Amazon or Ebay, you may request a return from your Amazon or Ebay account where your order was placed. We are unable to authorize a return for Amazon and Ebay orders from our website.
